The guest house rents for $125.00 a night.
This rate does not include 5.5% tax and is subject to change. The nightly
rate is for one or two persons. An additional $10 per person, per night is
charged for additional guests over the age of 12 (two person limit).
A do-it-yourself breakfast is included in the rate (six-pack of eggs,
coffee, orange juice, fruit, tasty pancake mix and accoutrements).
• Reduced rates for extended stays include a 20% discount for
14 or more nightsand 40% off for 30 or more nights.
• A deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of a longer stay is required.
Currently we only accept checks. Thus, your deposit must be received within
seven days of booking The Carriage House in order to ensure the reservation.
The balance is due upon check-out. Send deposit to Katy Freye,

• A 14-day advance notice of cancellation/alteration of reserved date(s) is
required for a refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. No-shows
are billed for their entire visit.
• Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is prior to noon. Please make
special arrangements with the manager if you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m.
Children are always welcome. When available, we can offer a pack-n-play
for our smaller guests.
• For security, comfort & privacy, we don't allow unregistered guests
on the premises.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the guest house OR on the grounds
(there is a park close by, for those who like to smoke in the outdoors).
This policy is strictly enforced.
• We can not accommodate pets, however, you can scratch the head of
our friendly lab, Penny, if you’d like. If your pet tends to go where you go,
we recommend the Cherokee Kennel in nearby Oregon, WI
(phone 608-835-5250).
• Sheets & linens are included. We ask that the kitchen be left as it was
found with all dishes cleaned and returned to their proper place.
Please note, The Carriage House is located on the second floor of the barn
and as such is only accessed by an outside staircase.
